SHIPPING AND HANDLING
- Registration: You must register as a member with a valid email address to place an order.
- Required Information: You must provide a delivery address, billing address, and daytime phone number. Missing information may cause delays in processing your order. No PO Box address.

Order Processing:
- Check email order confirmation.
- Confirm payment.
- Pack the products.
- Ship via Hong Kong Post or at our discretion.
- Upon receiving your order and payment confirmation, we will:
- We will provide a commercial invoice for import tax or duty purposes, stating only the official description and correct value. We will not devalue the invoice for any reason.
- Taxes and Duties:
- Any applicable taxes or duties are the buyer's responsibility. Prices on this website do not include tax or duty. Please check with your local tax authority before purchasing.
- If your order is returned due to unpaid duties or taxes, we will not refund your purchase price or shipping charges.
- Order Processing Days:
- No orders will be processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Hong Kong National Holidays.
- Orders will be processed on the next available working day upon receiving the order with payment, typically within 3 working days.
- Shipping Schedule:
- We ship from Monday to Thursday and do not ship on Hong Kong National Holidays.

- Delivery Issues:
- If unforeseeable events cause delays, please contact us at shopmaster@carismarc.com.
- Goods will not be shipped during adverse weather conditions (e.g., typhoon signal number 8 or above).
- Order Confirmation:
- If you do not receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours, please contact us at shopmaster@carismarc.com. Provide your order code, purchase date, and payment confirmation for assistance.
Carisma Radio Control Warranty Policy
Warranty Period
Our products are covered by a warranty against functional faults and defects for 30 days from the date of purchase. Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for warranty service.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage, misuse, or abuse of the product, including but not limited to damage resulting from crashes, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Use of the product in commercial or industrial settings not intended by the manufacturer.
- Consumable items (e.g., batteries, motors) that naturally degrade over time.
- Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations made by the customer.
Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the product must be returned in sellable condition with all original packaging. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the claimant. Required documentation includes:
- Your order number from carisma-shop.com
- Payment confirmation
- Commercial invoice
- Warranty card
Incomplete submissions may delay the evaluation process.
Evaluation and Repair
All claims will be thoroughly evaluated. If the claim is deemed valid, we will repair or replace the product at no additional cost (excluding shipping costs). We will make every effort to process warranty claims within 30 days, provided that all required information is complete and accurate.
Liability
We reserve the right to charge for repairs if it is determined that the product is not covered under warranty. Our liability is strictly limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
Consumer Rights
This warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and is in addition to your rights under the Hong Kong Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded or modified.
