Due to continued restrictions in Global Shipping conditions causing delays when shipping from our web store in Hong Kong to all destinations, we must inform you that with all parcels (regardless of size and destination), It is not uncommon for goods to take up to 3 months to reach their final destination. There are physically less shipments leaving HK daily, and this adds additional time to the shipping process.
We ask that when initially ordering that you understand this, and are patient until your chosen goods arrive. This is out of our control, and we are truly sorry for the inconvenience being caused.
NOTE: By ordering from us in Hong Kong, for goods to be delivered outside Asia, you are accepting the facts stated above, and we ask you remain patient until your goods arrive.
ALSO NOTE: Most destination countries will incur VAT and Import Duty above a certain price point of goods being sent. Please allow for this and realise that again this is not our doing and cannot be bypassed or pre-paid at source. Allow for this additional charge if applicable in your country, and the additional time it make take to process.
